Hello,
i want to sell my water-damaged iPod Touch 2rd Generation with 8GB.Last month I the iPod was in my Bag and then it began to rain and some water get into my Bag. Now the iPod dont start anymore.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.
