WTB BTC around current $16-$18 price

I'm new to Bitcoin and want to buy some.  I dont have the knowledge, resources, or time to do mining yet, so will try getting into that later.

I'll buy using pay pal.  I have a verified business acct.  I've read a lot about others warning not to sell btc to buyers using paypal, but that's where my extra $$ is at and is my only choice.  Is anyone willing to sell?  PM me if so-- I would appreciate it.  I will NOT dispute the charge with pay pal...so long as I get the BTC.

Ok, what other payment method is reliable and sellers trust? 

Anybody used tradehill to instantly buy btc by depositing with dwolla?  Does mt Gox sell btc instantly? What about liberty reserve, are they good?

Like i said, brand new to this...any help is appreciated.  Hopefully my Bitcoin Bonus .005 registration bonus makes it to me [Dansker's thread]
