Everything is about continental trade pact, tpp, nafta etc. so who knows what is the real story behind the stoping of the two. And is it really stopped? Who benefits, who loses...

I think that it was called the Doha round and apprently the 3rd world wanted to kill the western agricultural industry to put the west into food insecurity and then have strong hand to impose debt cancellation... And secondly the 3rd world doesn't allow certain industries including financial to move in their little slums to hopefully develop their own champions... Pathetic. Or at least it's what I remember... I couldn't tell you the last time I read something about this org of the UN but I am sure that they all get their phat checks and others perks in the meantime...
