Bitcoin in the year 2100

I will be long gone in 2100 so it will not matter but I believe Bitcoin may morph into some other digital form but it will be known then as the pioneer of digital currency so it will be an historical event that will change the course of human history forever.

We arent still sue if bitcoin is still alive on those years if it was then it would be the top digital currency that would commonly used on that year for sure. There are lots of currencies would still exist and most countries would surely create their own digital currency. I cant really picture out on what would happen to bitcoin in future,

I don't think that is a crazy prediction by any means. In fact it is very likely that USd won't even last till 2100 because fiat usually collapses after around a 60-70 year lifecycle, at maximum. right now it's already around 50-60 years when the US abandoned the gold standard.

It is highly likely that the US currency will be severely inflated in 2100.

For a coin trading at less then 1000$ id say its pretty crazy and would probably take 100 years to get there anyway but I guess we wont know and the humans of the future will. Hopefully they'll read this thread and ask themselves "I wonder what kinda guy imbladednow was like"

lol . I don't know what will be the world Look like when that year came and what will be the aftermath of bitcoin in 22nd century . no one knows and no one can predict will happen to the bitcoin network and if people will still keep in touch with bitcoin for sure on that we are already gone only new generations can tell about it .

I believe that by the year 2100 everything gets digitalized. Also most countries will be having their own digital currency. Fiat might be still in use. Possibly bitcoin will be used as a currency by our generations.

yes that is a  fact that the new generation like to use online digital currency. but the users of digital currency are still very low therefore i think it will take a lot of time when most of the people of the world start using online currency.

Bitcoin can become obsolete in 2100 (hope it won't happen) but it will be a part of history. For cryptocurrencies, it's really an innovation to have. The blockchain technology would have matured by then and the problems that occurred to the blockchain or Bitcoin itself must've been solved. I've read that there's little to no incentive when you run a node on your computer, people who make Bitcoin look bad also, etc.

No matter how exciting it would be, not sure if we will be there to watch it or not because life has no guarantee.
And bitcoin may become a integral part of the world by then or it may even get vanished and the world would be using something else like how we are using bitcoins right now, who knows.

we can not guess the development of technology. we do not know what technology will be like in the future, but, bitcoin is suitable when technology development being at the top. at that bitcoin might have become an international currency, and have a stable price. probably around $ 100,000

Why worry about the year in which almost none of us would be alive? If you really do care about that much future, forget the bitcoin and save the world from global warming. That's gonna be the devastating issue.

i like to think that bitcoin will be enhanced instead of getting another copy paste altcoin that do the same thing, it's more easy to upgrade it and offer new features if new technology will rise in the future

i think it is still very early to predict any thing about bitcoin, but still we can hope that bitcoin will b more popular currency of the world in that time. and hope that most of the people of the world will have accepted bitcoin as legal currency.

Because the life span of people today are even now faster and shorter because of the different diseases, calamities, wars that are happening. I don't even have an idea if bitcoin is going to be used by that time as the world's currency, its hard to predict a longer range of year for bitcoin.

answers were very nice, but what if 2100 people who die can be revived, by storing the frozen brain? , Hahaha, because a heart transplant can already, now living brain transplant? or is this all just an illusion

since bitcoin is becoming widely accepted and fully known...and population using it, is becoming much....i think bitcoin in year 2100...will play a big role by then....and maybe becomes fully accepted and known...by everyone!
