I haven't kept up with the rise project, all I know is it's a lisk clone, but I don't know how much its ICO raised.

Was it close to what lisk raised or considerably lower? I'm interested in what sort of ROI the ICO buyers got.

yes just check from trex show -100% what a bad start for rise might be because many free coins from the bounty and started to dump those free give away, will try and check back later.

I calculate that ฿1716 x $650 per bitcoin = $1115400 raised by the ICO

If the marketcap is $1125283.54 then all the ICO buyers together made $1115400 - $1125283 = -9883.

From those calculations the ICO buyers have all lost a small amount at ฿0.00001951 bitcoins per rise.

I will follow the price and check if it goes up or down. Sometimes there's a pump after a coin hits its first exchange, other times there's a dump.

The price is up and down, the last price was 0.00001771 so my calculations are out of date quickly.

There was a dump to 0.000012 but the price is back to 0.00001926 which is slightly below the ICO price. If it doesn't get pumped within a day or two I don't think the ICO buyers will make a profit. There's only been 200 bitcoins worth of trades yet which makes it difficult to make conclusions.

Unfortunately, I have to say "no idea." It all depends on whether or not RISE can attract the kind of startup-quality talent that Ethereum has attracted.

Actually they haven't distributed the bounties yet so that dump is just people dumping.

From the thread there are people that still havent received their coin.

I had some issues with the coin price because I bought in at 0.0068 or so I thought. Started with 9900 coin and by ico end my balance was 4423. Supposedly something about redistribution but that still doesn't make sense to me as all 88 million coins werent sold.

There was some line about them being worth more but the ICO price at launch was around 1951/1968




6 million coins are " supposedly" held by one person or group.

Trading is strange as people are selling it dirt cheap. Whenever it gets too close to the ICO 1951 the same weird under bidding bot numbers pop up like clockwork. I've watche the same repeat 5 times now. It's like someone is intentionally keeping the price below ICO so the bidding is one tired circle.

If I knew the coins would be cut by more than half I would have just bought them on bittrex and would have skipped the ICO altogether.

Most of their words are not true,..they said rise will up even the prise is decreasing, my expectation was totally frustrating,
I think later there gonna pump and dump it.

Seems like Rise was rising but the bounties have just released so I gather a dump will soon follow. I'm a bit disappointed how this started off but things may turn around for the better. I've sold, bought more, sold some so we'll see.

RISE they say has a lot of things to offer compare to Lisk which they seem to put on their ANN thread. The team did very well and I guess its now bouncing back.
I even wanted to buy more if only i have a lot of btc at hand.
