Looking to track an email IP Address

I am looking to track an email IP address for a known scammer.  I have the email header if you can track it down to a house address and how much you will charge me to do this.  I know the address it will track back to, I just need the proof.  Please post what you will charge me here.  I will only pay with BTC.
