Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

2) I'd be looking for bids north of 4000btc

It's a text entry in a database and isn't worth more than a few hundred USD to most. You might get more if you find a multinational called 'VJ' with bucket loads of cash to throw around.

I suggest you find this buyer who will pay 200,000 USD and sell it to them for whatever currency they are happiest dealing with. For that quantity of money you can't afford to limit your buyers to just the bitcoin community.

Even then the buyer might just be able to buy the .vj top level domain for cheaper than 200,000 USD.

Man, Have you tried sedo.com? it's the second biggest site for domain selling, there you can start a premium auction, and maybe get more than 200.000 u$d

You do not have to transfer the domain to them, and they do the scrow service, read about them, in their platform they selled domains worth more than 1m U$D

You can configure the auction, for take not less than 200.000 U$D, so if the auction doesn't fulfill, you don't have to pay anything.

I wish i had that domain. xD

GOOD LUCK!

Ps. And beware with gweedo, he will tell that yoir domain worth 60 u$d http://www.urlappraisal.net/appraisal/vj.com.html  Grin

Ps2 (if this helps consider a tip i'll be happy with the 0.1% of your sell. xDDD)

Don't be sour cause your domain wasn't worth what you expected to be worth and you were trying to scam newbies Wink So stop hating on me cause I am smart and your a dumb little kid, who hasn't sold a domain in your life.

Also if you look more into his site is actually worth about $4,000. As you can see none one has bided, just like your outrages auctions.

Have a nice day.

It's 'worth' whatever the buyer pays.

But this squatting of short text database entries will likely fall apart as the TLDs get sold in any case.
