Yeah, that's something we have in mind as well. We even had one before but we took it down since it was being spammed a lot with adds and then with messages like "Where is my deposit? why may balance is not there yet?" X 100 times from people that didn't get that it takes 1 confirmation for the transaction to be confirmed... That scared away the new players a bit.
A proper chat will have to be monitored and maybe someone will have to be there all the time to watch it. But, we're looking into it.
