How could if I was playing until this night before.... and I start to play with that ticket a week ago....so... could you give me an explanation about this "strange thing"...

Never had this experience. May be you used some old bonus code which was about to be expired or you used new code while playing with the old bonus code.Once the new bonus code is redeemed the old one automatically becomes disabled. |

There's my son how also plays in satoshibet, so, HE used a bonus code for furious (the last email sent); but I got another email, another account... but you know, we share the same router... there's no rule... internet is free for everyone at home. The expiration time is 1 month, so you need to complete the 35X rollover in a month. You are a patient guy, if i were you, I would try to complete rollover in 3 days, but not in a month. There is one possibility regarding this what I understand.I think someone unlocked the allocated budget for no deposit bonus players and once the allocated balance went to zero or down level there remaining codes became invalid. I suppose this can be cause of all this inconvenience . |

That's strange if it was a no deposit bonus code. Now if it was a first deposit or reload code and you withdrew the funds, then the code becomes inactive and returns the "wrong code" message. This is seemingly to prevent players from depositing, claiming a code, then withdrawing. Im assuming this is exactly what this player is talking about. As far as no deposit bonus codes, I have found them weeks later in my spam box and was still able to redeem it. |
