As I see on the screenshot of your transactions, seems that you requested a withdraw from a no deposit bonus/faucet because I dont see you made any deposits. If those 3.5mbtc is from no deposit bonus, perhaps you do not complete the rollover requirement yet so your withdraw is still pending after more than a week.
I believe that small amount of withdrawal will be processed automatically, IMO it must be something wrong in your withdrawal.
