You should try to contact their admin if there are more than 24 hours. I usualy do that waiting until 24 hours before contact them. Sometimes there is a problem in their withdrawing

Sorry for the troubles, but Addi is unavailable now and only he can recharge the wallet. I already contacted him and he will do his best to recharge it soon.
