Wings DAO will be on Rootstock?

Wings DAO is DAO project which is backed by Antminer/Bitmain. It is an interesting project, because they will make platform for specific DAOs (not like TheDAO VC-fund).

What makes this project even more interesting is, that it seems they will be on Rootstock:
