Assume large scale quantum computers (QC) are built, and we move on to QC secure signature schemes.

What will be the impact of a QC on the ability to compute SHA256? I guess Grover's algorithm will atleast reduce the difficulty by a square root factor. So will a QC have any impact on mining? Will someone with a QC have an unfair advantage?
