Well I do tip on winning but not to beggars. They are just waiting for free money without any work to do

it depends.
when you see a brand new user with no prior history they are only looking to take some money from another person and don't get in their own pocket. so don't tip them.

also it depends on you, if you are a giving person who likes giveaways then do it, it is good karma for you

It depends but not a must may be if you win much you can do some tipping because it like just give your lucky to everyone if you share some luck with others may be you can even get a bigger winning. This is what i think but in the reality I never win big enough so I seldom do tipping

Wt*, we shouldn't tip them (you know what will happens if you tip to beggar, bunch of another beggars will come to you). Mostly they all lost their money in gambling, and then ask like that. My opinion, if they want  gambling, they should know if maybe they can lost all their money.

Depends on situation buddy if the person rely deserve to be given a tip then why shouldn't be? As long as they are not begging on the trollbox and thats ok but giving tip to people have bad effect because it can make to people wanting for more and instead they deposit they are rellying on begging tips to gamble.

Don't give tip to them if they beg for it. gambling site is gambling site and not begging site to start with. If they have sob stories then they should find a decent job and not rely to others

Giving tip on winning is other thing.I don't encourage people to gamble more than can afford to loose.Actually a large number of tip beggars is who are small leveled gamblers and keep trying their luck on tipping amounts in hope of hitting jackpot or so.A good gambler will never ever beg for tip.We should not give tips to those who keep begging by themselves.

We should completely ignore people in chatter boxes of gambling sites asking for tips.I also have experienced some people which keep asking for tips.It is not bad to lend money to some trusted players but I don't favor borrowing money to gamble and loose more.If you play from the start limited you will not need to beg from anyone.I will say no to tip beggars strictly.

I'm sure most of them are just beggars who go to all gambling sites for free satoshi. They pretend to have a bad luck on gambling and asking for donation, I would never care about those kind of people. You can tip others when you win some btc, but it would be great if you do it with a quiz/trivia or if you are on dice sites so you can make a bounty roll that requires them to play.

Tipping other people is a fun. You can do it when you got a good profit. But, some people wont tip other people even he got huge profit. Different person has different style. One thing for sure, tipping is the best feature that a gambling site has since it keep the site alive!

If you have a big winning, and want to share some of your luck isn't a problem. But don't belive all new users asking for a tip because they had a problem and need to buy medicins, or other histories (most of the cases are gamblers that will loose your tips betting).

most of people are simply scammer or addicted with gambling.
if you need really money why ask in a chat on a gambling site ? maybe make sense for someone gambling addicted

People send tips to others as a free gift or if they know them while chatting. It's absolutely fine to send tips even if you win some lottery and send it as an appreciation. It's just like a giveaway but I don't believe in sending bitcoins to those who keep begging. They can try faucets and earn the bitcoins.

People has the ability to fool anyone, if it's easy to fool people they will abuse it and repeat it again. Don't ever think that what you see in internet is real, there are people that will and always take advantage to anyone to satisfy themselves. So I think it is not necessary to tip anyone that you seem to see that needs help.

Yep. There's no point in promoting something that which you haven't tried yourself. Here in Bitcointalk we should be helping out each other not dragging them down but instead leverage on each other's experiences.
