No this is impossible to happen,you have the chance to earn a decent amount of btc if you have many referrals in multiple faucets but there is no way to make a living with them unless you live in a third word country where the wages are very low.

Living in faucet is for entertainment only and just waste of time but you can earn with faucet when you have enough referal  who is active. your 100btc target  it's hard to earn in only faucet you need hardwork for inviting many people. but in this world there is no impossible to happen so believe that you can.

yes you can but only if you are going to hack them and stole their balances It's impossible to earn more than $0.50/hour on average from faucets, would be such salary good enough for you?

I was thinking of hitting 100 btc faucets a day to collect my btc.  Recently I won 1,000 mBTC from http://www.cryptomat.com/free-bitcoin-faucet/ .  It was so easy.  What do you think about scaling this up and hit 100 or even 1000 other faucets a day?

Hm, you are hero member with lots of posts about mining, and I think that you already know answer to your question, and I also think that you are promoting your faucet. You could simply make an announcement about it 
And no, you cant make living with getting btc from faucets.

It mainly depend on wat country you life !!
I life in Europa here its not possible to life from faucets renege but in other countrys like Africa or Asia its possible its much cheeper there to life !!
