if there is lesse then 1000 entrie you will pay out of your pocket, if there is more than 1000 entry the prize will increase by 0.01 btc and you earn 0.00 BTC from this lottery  .

As other have stated escrow would be a must of course but you should also post a signed message from the address youre holding the coins in for this contest. Without showing soe sort of proof youll payout and proof of funds youre gonna get 0 entries
