Halving does not directly affects someone or anyone besides the miners. Why would it affect the gambling sites which offers big winnings?

Halving does not directly affects someone or anyone besides the miners. Why would it affect the gambling sites which offers big winnings? maybe owners can get greedy and run away with gamblers money ? this happens most of the time with some sites. i heard it somewhere outside this forum that gambling site owners get greedy with the price increase and then they run away.

This might happen if you are already using some shady site, but I seriously doubt that any of the reputable well known sites would do something like this. They are in it for the long haul, they are already designed to make them money. They would make a lot more money in the long run if they continue running honestly rather than running off with chump change.

What do you mean 2x and 3x returns ? Also why would the halving of bitcoin in the blockchain effect casino gamblers ? They will still gamble the same amount.

I think the halving will not affect the gambling sites and the price of bitcoin also will not affect the gambling sites. Because halving and gambling is different thing.

There is no gambling sites that offer 2x/3x returns, so I think he is referring to ponzi doubler sites which are completely scam from start no matter there is halving or not.

I think his question is about investing in gambling ,if the gambling sites so popular many investor invest in it, and a lot of player there no chance it will close or run your money. its hard to be the one of the most popular gambling sites, he will not run with just small amount of money he can also earn it with the right time . Just stay away if you invest in not so popular gambling sites.

do you really mean gambling sites or HYIP/PONZI sites that promise fix returns to investors? those things are different tho. i don't think gambling sites will run with their players money coz they will profit more in the long run

your subject is a wrong question because "halving itself" has no effect on gambling sites. but the price is a different story and it has nothing to do with bitcoin halving. it would fall under speculation category. but to answer your main question I have to say that "price of bitcoin" will not have so much effect on gambling sites because when price goes down people make smaller bets so the sites earning in BTC will be lower but it is still the same amount of earning in $$ so in the end there is no change.

No matter where this halving ends whether the price goes up or down, bitcoin businesses still goes on. they just have to adjust money pot and some stakes. Same thing as we'd still be playing the dice and roulette. How will bitcoin price after halving affect gambling websites that offer 2X and also 3X returns ? will they also turn into a scam ? what is your opinion ?
no one would turned scam if btc goes up though.

If halving coming , it doesn't take any effect for gambling. You can still play gambling for normal , maybe the advantages is coming cuz the rate is higher than before . So if you win , the rate will be higher than before halving.

It will affected to bitcoin gambling world, but nor directly. With the halving day coming and push the bitcoin price it can make more businessman interested to build a new casino. And sure they build a casino to earn bitcoin that increases during and after halving day.

People still depend on their day to day jobs so they will bet according to Bitcoin price.

I think it not directly affected gambling site but if bitcoin price goes up, people who bet $1 will reduce the amount of bitcoin that he gamble so if the gambler lose, house still get $1 but in bitcoin amount it reduced

I think there will be no significant effect on gambling. but maybe if the effect on the price increase is very high. it will give effect to the gambling players, who might try to get more money from gambling in quick time when prices are so high.

I think this is the wrong idea gambling site owners benefit every day so what is their reason for scam ? They will continue to benefit every day if they commit fraud means that they miss the opportunity to earn greater profits in the future Now I ask you: What your options get $ 100,000 now or $ 10 per day

I think people gamble less amount of btc since the same btc they had from before is of a higher amount right now. But the dollar value for the gambling sites will remain the same. Once however the price goes down again post-halving, then the small losses on value will be realized.

If they are a long running legitimate gambling site, what makes you think they will run just because the block reward is halved? Do you even know what halving is? If a gambling site is legitimate I believe they will settle for a long time profit and not a one time money scheme.
