Not sure about EU wide but in the UK there is CEX https://uk.webuy.com/ buy and sell for bitcoin, have used them many times and are very good.  If you're not in the UK then sorry

These days its hard to find a store selling iPhone for bitcoin. Right now even the reputable stores have limited products, so better try converting to fiat and buy your iPhone.

UK is not a problem for me, but I see on CEX that they are selling used objects. Which I am not after, I just seek a brand new factory one.

I guess so, at least I wasn't able to Google one myself. The shop tiggytomb provided does sell them for BTC, though a bit on the pricey side. But then again, paying with BTC I like more than doing with fiat, so I'll sure keep that site in mind

I dont think you can find any store selling Iphone for bitcoins. I suggest you can look at the services section of this forum. There you can find few people selling their iphones for bitcoins. maybe that can help you.

changing btc into fiat and going to some apple store,i prefer to buy it directly with bitcoin and get it shipped to me.

If there are no legitimate shops (and i doubt it, because i searched for a a few months ago), you can also try ebay or the bitcoin market place.
They provide buyers and sellers to buy/sell their goods with bitcon.

Checking out the marketplace on openbazaar might help because i havent seen any bitcoin accepted EU stores selling iphones or just buy one of amazon using purse.io Not many people have started selling phones where bitcoin is needed as a payment.method.

No, not yet. Finding 1-on-1 is plenty, but I haven't yet succeeded in finding a reputable shop.
