I came accross a thread saying that if you want to use your bitcoin anonymously you should use a tumbling site. The guy was advertising his own site.
What is bitcoin tumbling? How is it different to mixer? I have just came accross with the tumbling term today so I don't have an idea what it is.

It's the same thing, tumbler = mixer.

Really? That makes sense being the world tumbling means something like what an acrobat is doing. it's tumbling. Now I sound dumb. Thanks for letting me know that it's the same! Cheesy
