Quote
Duterte also vowed to put a stop to the proliferation of online gambling in the country, as he expressed concern about the negative impact on a person’s life.

“Online gambling must stop…it’s out of control in PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation),” he said.

Duterte directed PAGCOR chief Andrea Domingo to cancel the licenses given to online gambling “sometime soon,” lamenting the proliferation of online casinos across the country.

“There is no way of government collecting taxes there online. How do you collect taxes there? Not exactly the taxes but I do not want a proliferation of gambling activities all over the country. Mahirap ‘yan,” he said.

Smiley

As for coins.ph deactivating accounts due to gambling, all you have to do is mix the money, coinjoin, o just transfer from one address to another. They can only deactivate accounts which deposit or withdraw bitcoins directly from gambling sites.

That is why, mas maganada if you have your own wallet. Bitcoin Core, Android, whatever, as long as you control the private keys.

Hindi issues sa atin yan kasi pwedi nman tayong gumamit ng pang hide ng IP and they cannot easily trace where our money is coming from.

Kelan at saan? Minsan panalo at madalas talo. The first is that anyone can gamble online anonymously because all we need is a btc address and with that how can they be regulated?
