Lost my phone, cannot recover

Hello everyone

I lost my phone with bread wallet
I installed bread wallet on a new phone, used recover phrase, but now I have $0 balance. Same apple ID.

What to do? Who can I contact to recover my wallet and return bitcoin?

Are you sure the 12 word phrase you wrote down was entered/written down correctly?  There is no central authority to get your bitcoins back, you need the private keys.

Make sure you have the correct seed.
If you have the seed that matches the wallet you had, you should have all your funds available regardless of where you recovered it.

You can try to generate addresses and see if they match the old ones you have to make sure it was the correct seed.

All i can do is echo what the other have said here. i believe the problem is that you have entered the incorrect seed, 1 word out or even a letter will result in the wrong wallet loading up. Look over your seed again and make sure you spelled all the words correctly and try again.
