I would always check if the site I will invest or the bitpal that I will join is legit paying but it consumes time and effort. I just wish that there will be transparency on bitcoin transactions. And that is you will know who you will send your coins and who sent it to you. Given this aspect the government should also has a great role to play to regulate and monitor the fraudulent and scammers in bitcoin industry.

I agree with your suggestion but i think it will be hard for bitcoin to add that one and replace their feature that called being anonymous. So for me it will be better if you will be careful on sending bitcoin to a person or investment site. Just put a little bit of effort on searching about the site that you will try if it is legit or not but as of now almost of them are just scammers because they are using the same method that we called ponzi scheme.

not all the way, because some of the transaction can be made within an encrypted location, that is what we can see.
they can use the multisig wallet and/or Tor to evade this kind of exit scamming. Huh so do not trust the blockchain all the way.

out of ability to use the signature, i want a new ban strike policy that will fade the strike after 90~120 days of the ban and not to be traced back, like google | email me for anything urgent, message will possibly not be instantly responded
i am not really active for some reason

Actually, no. What you're describing would be a horrible system that could be abused by others (especially used against individuals). Bitcoin is pseudo-anonymous, which is definitely a "good mix" (being too anonymous would make regulation very hard, and being 'too little' would make it just too transparent). Some improvements are expected in the future when it comes to privacy (not the other way around).

I would always check if the site I will invest or the bitpal
How about just not investing in suspicious stuff and using common sense? I've never had a problem with scams in the last 3 years.

What is a "encrypted location"? You might be talking about VPNs. Multisig wallets are a great way of preventing both scams and hacks if used properly. However, they still offer no guarantees that something bad won't happen.

Remember whenever the government has played a role in everything it has destroyed that thing in the majority of the cases. Thats why bitcoin is such a wonderful invention as the government cannot interfere easily or cannot interfere at all when the user know what he is doing and is using tools to make bitcoin from pseudo anonymous to truly anonymous. As per your request that you need more transparency, before you invest in anything you have to do your own research and usually this forum has a lot of info for you to review. We just have to be careful where we are sending our coins.

Maybe if bitcoin has transparency this is will be a great news, the government considers if bitcoin has an anonym trait not have a transparency in them. well any time getting criminal activities like a scammer in them it's will make they difficult to take the next step to the cases. the problem is how to mix the transparency and anonymous trait in bitcoin maybe for next time become a perfect currency.

Thanks for the advise but just a minutes ago a user here in bitcointalk.org his username is NEvis to qoute he mentioned about BIP 75. I made some research about it and it tackles about a system that allows the user to see who he will send his bitcoin and who sent him some bitcoins. Its like what I mentioned about transparency, well if BIP75 will be implemented it will be a great deal but sad to say many are going against it.
