These are the steps I just took in creating a paper wallet that is intended to be ultra secure in the event that I wish to stash some BTC there for the long-term.

1)  Open www.bitadress.org in my browser.

2)  Disconnect from the Internet entirely by disabling my Internet adapter.

3)  Click "Generate New Address" on the bitaddress.org tab and print my paper wallet.

4)  Close down my browser, reconnect to the Internet, and reopen my browser.

Here's my question:  After the steps I just took, is there any possible way that anyone could have intercepted the address or private key?  Is the paper wallet I just created 100% safe?

1- Go to github.com and download bitaddress.org source code
2- Inspect it and copy it to a secure flash drive(secure as in recently formated)
3- Go to an offline computer and insert your secure flash drive
4- open you own local copy of bitaddress.org and generate keys/wallets at will
5- Huh
6- Profit

4)  Close down my browser, reconnect to the Internet, and reopen my browser.

Upon reconnecting to the internet, the malware that earlier had been taking a screenshot every quarter second uploads the photo payloads it had been queued up ever since it had lost Internet connectivity for a short while.

And how would you spend these funds on the cold wallet safely? Through blockchain.info?

import private keys in bitcoin-qt

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
