When I gamble I usually focus on the game and enjoy the game, maybe just listen to a slow music, if I do other activities, it can distract my focus and in the end I can't enjoy my gambling and I can lose the chance to win the game

I did not do anything while gambling but only focus in my gambling. sometimes if a gambling game like poker that has to wait for other players at that time I more often make a drink or food or something else that fills the time when it is not my turn.

Well I do sports betting so every time that I already place my bet I do some research for the next pick that I'm going to since that it take time before the games end I use the time to keep myself busy.

I will do some research before placing my bet and after placing my bet if I have free time, i will watch that game it will give me more fun. But in this time I will not think about my next bet because if I think about next bet, i will miss the fun in my first bet. When my bet is going to lose that time I will think about next bet how to get back my loss in the same game. But I will not big risk to get back my loss. If it is possible i will try or else i will stop my play.

I would love always to watch television while I'm gambling. It's been entertaining all the time, since my table is in front of television. To relieve some stress from work I do gamble while watching sometimes news, sometimes movies or reality shows. And when I'm bored when I gamble I just chat with my friends just to disturb them.

yes of course, when i am playing gambling, usually i sit down in my chair with a cup of coffee and watching movie or news in my television at my room. i think sometime it makes me not getting stress in the games when i am lose. beside that, i can know many news by watching television and i can enjoy my time for drink a coffee and playing gambling.

Sometimes i also skip it and just play dota 2, so i don't need to wait my bets. Because everytime i watch the match that i bet, it's like a jinx, make me lose, so it's better to don't watch and just do something else.

Yes, me too.  I don't  want to talk or work while I'm  gambling because I  just want  to focus on what I do  but  it can not be avoided with disturbances.Sometimes while playing, I also post on the signature campaign or sometimes I watch television for awhile to refresh my brain.

Gambling means playing games. You are telling you will not play games. And with listing music how you get the concentration, it will make your mind cool but you can not able to make good strategy with the listing song. Don't know how it will work for you.

I don't really do anything else when gambling with real money. To prevent accidentally clicking on the wrong bets and such. It would be silly to lose because I'm multi-tasking when I can easily avoid it.

Not always i sometimes play few games on my xbox but most of the time i don't do any other activity just to concentrate one job as that helps me to understand when i should stop in case I'm getting unexpected loses change my strategy immediately and try to reduce the loss as much as possible

While taking part in gambling activities most of the time my focus is over the spending. Because I used to have a calculated way of participation. Based on the spending limits set and the winning happening on the starting will keep me focused, and if loss happens by the starting then used to get diverted towards other online activities to forget the loss.
