Majority of Democrats want third term for Obama

A strong majority of Democrats would cancel the 2016 presidential election between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump if it meant President Obama could serve another term, a new poll found.

Data provided to The Hill by the conservative polling outlet WPA Research found that 67 percent of Democrats would take a third term for Obama over a potential Clinton administration.

Only 28 percent said they’re ready to move on from the Obama White House, while 6 percent are undecided.

Obama is enjoying a surprisingly strong approval rating for a president serving out the final months of his second term.

The stupidity of the voting public never ceases to amaze me. Nearly half of the UK voted to stay in the EU, and to face continuing loss of our assets and employment. Obama seems to have been particularly destructive. I've just heard that Merck have brought out a new drug to "cure" melanoma. the cost is $125,000. My guess is that it will be about as effective as banana skins. Smiley Obama seems to have removed health care from all but the wealthy.

Cool
It depends on who they poll, the area, age groups, ethnic groups and the number polled. even if they poll the usual one thousand, how does that small number represent 300 million?

I agree. A good polling company can make the polls look any direction they want. Especially if they train their polling people well.

So, what should it really be? 90% of the Democrats, and 50% of the Republicans?

^ not surprising. Approval rating for clinton is maybe one of the lowest ever recorded. Add to it the possibility of her losing to trump. No wonder democrats prefer to keep obama.

Was less than 1000 democratic voters. Only 384. And with a margin of error of 5 percent. http://www.wparesearch.com/uncategorized/two-thirds-of-democrats-prefer-keeping-obama-over-clinton-presidency/
"WPA Research conducted a national survey of registered voters. WPA selected a random sample of registered voters from various state voter files using Registration Based Sampling (RBS). The sample for this survey was weighted based on gender, age, ethnicity, and geography. Respondents were contacted by phone June 22-23 and June 26-27. The study has a sample size of 801 likely voters with a margin of error of ±3.5 percent in 95 out of 100 cases. The Democratic subsample has a sample size of 384 voters, which has a margin of error of ±5.0 percent in 95 out of 100 cases."
