I'll try to get acquainted with the codes of the quark, but I think that it would not match

algo doesn't matter, the principle was similar, a pause if network is not very active,
and the effect was disastrous - miners lost interest, chain stopped,
of course conditions were different, Pulse commenced far from the coin start,
there were already couple of huge bagholders who blocked any price movement,
that's why mining became totally useless

without pause has been previously - stamped pools blocks every 7 seconds and created a fork. and therefore miners purses just went, cutting off the purse, which did not have time to synchronize.

I told someone it, but I believe that there was lost interest because of the price. Large holders by blocking prices - themselves and their investments blocked.

because during 20min tests it was near zero no matter mining was turned on

What I see - many miners for a few days is not turned on - so get blocks would otherwise remain in the network.
