I have checked few decentralized betting games, the games which are not controlled by anyone, The money one sent is not is not controlled by the site admin nor the bets that ones's make. So why people gamble on centralized betting games? Do the Decentralized betting games are still can be manipulated the someone [especially owner?]? does they control your funds? or they can change the provably fair system at any time, when they want?

I really don't think bitcoin's scripting language is powerful enough to do anything of the sort, unless the gambling game was something along the lines of: "First one to claim the money, gets it!"

The ethereum contract stuff does look powerful enough, but suffers from big UX problems and can't run fully unattended (afaik).

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

If you set your own client seed and the website uses provably fair then there is no way they can manipulate the outcome of the bets

Undetectably*  needs to be inserted in there. There's definitely some counterparty risk that a fully "smart casino" could eliminate, but unless the UX is great people are going to prefer more traditional casinos, I think.

Usually decentralized games have very bad design and are very simple, that makes that after few minutes of playing you are bored and you are looking for next one.

The ethereum contract stuff does look powerful enough, but suffers from big UX problems and can't run fully unattended (afaik).

Not only that, Ethereum will mostly have scalability issues in the future especially on the more complex dapps.  And as network activity increases expect those dapps to run errors and such.  I think further research is needed on what Ethereum is attempting to create.

Although researchers can use and experiment with the platform now, I think they might have gotten discouraged due to the recent DAO hack.

I AM A SCAMMER

I haven't found any decentralized bitcoin betting games yet.  I saw some development talk of someone creating a decentralized poker game that would use bitcoin.  I am really looking forward to something like that.  For right now, I think the only decentralized gambling can be done with Ethereum.  I played a "pyramid scheme" contract with Eth and multiplied my bet by x3.

Isn't fairlay a form of decentralized sports betting? Or any other sports betting platform that offers a lay option.
I'm not familiar with decentralized games, it's a new concept for me.

People want to have some attractive design with best UI before start playing. What I have also observed is that most decentralized betting sites are really simple and have nothing to attract players.A betting should have pleasant look and competitive features in order to succeed among heavyweight gambling sites.People want to see someone to be responsible in case of unseen issues.Decentralized gambling is too advance right now but in future it has chances.

Along with horizontal enforcement, Bitfrog wants to emulate bitcoin’s anonymity. It would not require you to create an account or give information to a game host. As with projects like this it is open sourced, with bounties there for anyone who helps spot and fix bugs. Bitfrog is also intended to act in a similar way of a DAC (decentralized autonomous corporation), whereby each DAC has no central point of control yet has “an agreed agenda, business plan, and protocol.” Each Bitfrog project will be its own DAG (decentralized autonomous game), whereby there is an agreed rule set and protocol.

You can read more over here, its a nice article: http://bitscan.com/articles/making-gambling-decentralized-and-anonymous

When any gambling site has provably fair system and we can easily check and verify the outcome of our bets than I think there is no hesitation to play on any casino because it is much easy to manage the account and save a lot of money as for miner fees on each bet there and this can be very solid reason to play there.

People like the odds at gambling, making anyone dream around the potencial income from it.
To people trust into such betting games they would need to see all clear, we all know casinos were made to profit, the only thing that happens is that bitcoin is changing hands and the casino taking their fee.
