Paypal will charge a fee. You will have to send first. I have started two threads asking to trade $ for BTC, and have received positive feedback in both. I won't scam you.

Also, I'm obviously offering a pretty nice markup.

Edit: Mods, please move this to the proper forum. (How ironic...I occasionally report threads like this. D'oh!)
