I don't know about sms, but you can create a two factor authentication wallets with electrum. It'll ask you for your 2fa code everytime you want to spend your bitcoins.

I think Coinbase will usually send you an email if there is any coin being sent or received. However, I dont think there is any wallet uses SMS to notice you after X number of confirmation. Sending SMS is not free...

I haven't seen any online wallet which supports SMS confirmation code on making a transaction but before you make a transaction you should login on that wallet right? Coinsbank uses SMS verification and/or 2FA when you want to login to their website so this may help you.

as far as i can remember , blockchain.info uses SMS verification for log ins not for sending bitcoin.

but if you are looking for a similar service i think GreenAddress is the closest thing to blockchain.info you may want to check them out yourself.

also you can check https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet the section about "Web Wallets" and choose one from there.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Wallets that do this tend to be centralized and don't give you control over your money, you should not be using them, and sms verification is not that secure anyway. Use a normal wallet like Electrum for small amounts, and use paper wallets to store larger amounts of BTC, don't use a "bitcoin bank".

If you don't have sole and complete control over the private keys, you don't have any bitcoin!  Signature campaigns are OK, zero tolorance for spam!

Go here: https://blog.blockchain.com/2014/08/26/tutorial-how-to-send-bitcoins-using-email-or-sms-messages/

Blockchain at least used to accept SMS as a means to send commands, such as receive and sending bitcoins.

I haven't used them in a long while so can't really comment on whether or not they still provide this service. But the above link should give you an idea.

I think Coinbase will usually send you an email if there is any coin being sent or received.
As what OP mentioned above he's no intention to used coinbase as what reason he stated above. Please read the whole OP again.
try to create coins.ph
coins.ph is good only if you are living in Philippines, I used also that wallet service though I don't tink OP will use that as he came from different country.
i think blockchain wallet lets you do that, i have to check it again tho if they still do that
I used this feature also in blockchain before but I don't think if it's working still in this current version of blockchain.

You are still able to do that. It is another form of 2FA that blockhain.info have. Maybe you have opted out for mobile-verification option in settings. Change it to get secured fully.

If you happen to process some five different payments within one hour, will you be comfortable with receiving those SMS and verifying yourself every time ? I will not prefer this annoying feature.

I don't need wallets similar to localbitcoins or coinbase where admin can decide to seize ur btc.
Only when you are having access to your private key, no one can seize your bitcoins. Then stand along wallets alone suit your requirement, but I'm not aware of any of them with SMS confirmation functionality.

I use xapo wallet. Whenever i sending my funds, i always receive an email. But it didn't send me sms for confirming that the fund is successfuly send. I only receive sms only for account verification and not for confirming the funds. Why not using your email? Besides, its just a notification. You dont have to read that.
