Today I did my first transaction and it seems that my money and Bitcoins are lost in the ether.

Did a BitInstant transaction at my local CVS.  The transaction all looked good from the BitInstant end through Blockchain.

But my wallet in MultiBit is empty.

First time I have ever done this and BitInstant says that they can't help.

Help!

Open Multibit.
Go to: Tools -> Reset Blockchain and Transactions
Choose a date in the calendar that is before that transaction, so, let's say March 14, 1 day before.
Press the Button to make it Reset Blockchain and Transaction since the date you've chosen.
Wait a couple seconds
MAGIC! You have Bitcoins!

If this happens again please please grab the logs before doing any kind of reset and mail them to Jim/myself. We need to figure out what's going on here.
