Nah! I will avoid it OP's wants us to give our real identity or infos to him and that is very risky one for us for trying what kind of job he needs and why he ask an id from us if hes doing good and legit service,

I applied to this man, and he claimed that employees need to have a debit card because that is where they going to pay you. I did not qualified I answerd I don't have a debit card he said that if I can get one, I said Nope at moment could you kindly pay me in bitcoin I said, no reply.

Whatever this is, it will be hard to get money from him. Either hewill ask the new referrals to ask for some very hard things to do, perhaps even illegal or something that is very risky that will
scare people off.
