In most services it looks the same. They care only about product sales.
It depends on how you specified the reason for the resignation, but probably they just ignore your ticket. Now the only thing you can do is wait for the miner and resold it.
Do you send your support tickets after they shipped your goods? If so, there's nothing you can do. It's difficult to stop shipment if it's already shipped.
