6 consecutive blocks mined by BW.COM in an hour?? And somehow my one-hour-old tx is still unconfirmed... Why are they rejecting my transaction? Is my fee too low?

But why are all the last 6 blocks mined by BW.COM? Is this pure luck/coincidence? Does this only happen in this timezone?

Based on size of your transaction you should have used a fee of 0.0003 not .0001. See https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ BW just had a run of luck it happens. It is never a good idea to use .0001 anymore, are you using a wallet that defaults to .0001? You really need to increase the miner fee when you send.

Just luck, time zones have no effects on anything.
There's also a luck component for your transaction to be confirmed, even if the fee is decent, although it wasn't this time.
