help needed to get hacked account unbanned from appeals & back

My account had been hacked due to some hacking from bitcointalk user n pass list around 8 month ago...

I got my account back but it posted some links and got me banned,.... I keep emailing or messages Theymos it seems he don't reply or care...

Any admins that can actually help ?

This is horrible service on this forum cant even retrieve lost account... then why to use here? It was a full member account too.

Have you maybe considered that this 'horrible service' does not want to unban you? Just because there is an address for appeals that does not mean that you will get unbanned. Keep in mind that lost accounts are 'very low' priority for the forum as they are usually the users fault, and there are much more important things to be handled.

So what prevents someone from doing something bad, making up a story about them getting hacked and asking for a unban? Pretty much nothing (IP logs are inconclusive proof). I have no idea how you expect anyone to help you, when we don't even know what account you're talking about. One more time:
