This second theft came at an interesting time, considering he had already received a prison sentence of 71 months for stealing the initial funds. Moreover, he was arrested in February of 2016 when trying to flee the US. Among his possessions were offshore bank account records and a bulletproof vest. This all happened after Shaun Bridges pleaded guilty to the first theft.
