The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Ethereum is dying so i wouldn't bother with that,  out of the ones you've listed your best bet could be waves,  at The moment its trading slightly under ico prices but movement has begun going upwords.  I'm expecting it to be as successful as ethereum was at its peak in time.

i am sorry to tell you that you will never get a valid respond to this question or any question of this kind. people will always tell you their loving coin is the best the coin that they are bag-holding and want to have a chance of dumping.

so that's a question that sadly you have to come up with the answer to it yourself.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

If it is your hard earned money then I think you should have to invest that in a coin which is perfect and guaranteed, so the best coin of all is Bitcoin, you should have to invest them in bitcoin with that you will earn a very good profit.

Rather than trying with these altcoins, why don't you give a try with bitcoin. You have the hope of getting cent percent possibility of earning. But $30 is really very low to get a good profit even with altcoins as well bitcoin.
