yeah and pay out dividends
You are not the first to suggest this, it is something we have been considering but if we are to do it, it needs to be done right.
Our business itself is only 9 months old and officially its a hobby not a business, we would like to be open for at least one year before doing an IPO. This way potential investors can see we are not a flight risk
We nearly did an IPO with Channg Noi on GLBSE, thank god we avoided those 2 train wrecks. GLBSE turned out to be some sort of Scam and Chaang had an extremely public meltdown and attempted to discredit our business simply because we added support for an altcoin (ppcoin) he disliked.
Recently we were considering the MPEx as an option but unfortunately it seems to be run by an arrogant child with a bad tempter and with little knowledge of the real world.
An issue that seems to plague some bitcoin businesses (cough cough BFL cough).
It is for these reasons we have chosen to proceed with extreme caution and we advise all other bitcoin businesses to be equally as cautious.
We have asked several times and our accountant has strongly advised "DONT" after showing him first GLBSE and now MPEx, he is keeping an eye on the bitcoin landscape as it grows but in his own opinion as an accountant and trader of 20 years experience is that we would be taking on a massive risk with little to no insurance to offer an IPO at this point.
