is there a prepaid debitcard out there that can be used like a bank to withdraw funds from mt.gox?

they obviously need to accept International wire transfers....

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

There are traders selling MoneyPacks for bitcoins so you could get a GreenDot card and refill it that. One such company is linked directly from the blockchain.info interface.

You might be able to get even better deals via otc trades.

DeanC sells a reloadable MC from Poland, can be used in USD/EUR/PLN...I bought one from him, good stuff.  SEPA transfer.

https://fastcash4bitcoins.com  can reload any prepaid credit card which accepts ACH (Direct Deposit).
