WTB 2 Trackers and possible seedbox (Dont know much bare with me)

I dont know a lot about trackers, I used to but not much about torrenting anymore. Can you leave the tracker name and price here for everyone to see.

Please anyone let me know if I am getting ripped off.

1) I want UK TV programs mainly - Can someone sell or suggest one

2) I want US Animation - Family Guy/American Dad/Cleveland Show/Simpsons etc - Can someone sell or suggest one

3) General question - Can I create my own seedbox on vultr, do they allow torrenting through their network? or is there a better place to buy seedboxes from which work with these trackers?
