So, what they are saying is this. We are busy finding loopholes in our ToS to block your account and to confiscate your coins, just be patient until we find a fake reason to do that. We need a copy of your life to verify your identity and to also feed the Big brother looking over our shoulder. Dude, you should avoid these centralized services. The customer support sucks and they have access to your account and your private key. Why would anyone willingly hand over their money to these businesses?  

Good luck finding someone to help you with this, I have given up with them with all their KYC and AML verification BS.

when did you contact them ? since how long did your problem occur ? if they are not doing anything then try calling your bank. maybe your bank itself can help you. and please dont commit suicide for 3 btc. your life is much more precious than 3 bitcoins.

based on their reply to you, they are currently looking into your case so better wait for the result and most likely the coins will be sent to your account. 3btc is just a small amount compared to coinbase reputation

I already contacted my bank, they say they can't revert the transfer, and Coinbase support is really failure, I have not eaten and sleep well for 3 days now, I am in terrible shape now. I tweet to their CEO and Coinbase twitter, email them, post on community of coinbase, no support assist me.

I am using for more than 3 yrs and still never got any problem and buying coins is not available for asian country so did not got problem, but i have seen so many thread accusing coinbase ,

If you got any  proof of your deposit then show here we will try to solve it, or can give any recommendation

I swear with my life that I never accuse coinbase, if I accuse coinbase, I will get knock over by car, get struck by lighting, choke to death by food.

And if they settle my case, I will post the status here too as solved, but right now, I am in terrible shape.

All my money is stuck with Coinbase, and their support are really no help.

I never felt this terrible my whole life, no words can describe this ordeal, sometime i really feel living in this world is really miserable. To many people 3 BTC might not be much, but to some people, it means a lot, the money is to be use for emergency.

Coinbase please just return my money, I beg you, why are you holding on to people hard earn money.

Did you by any chance have your account involved with gambling before you made the deposit ? I think it as coinbase which is know to ban accounts if they deposit to gambling websites. Would suck if they did the ban only after taking the money from you,but I believe thats what all these sites usually do. Just open a scam accusation and also post it on reddit, should give you enough attention to get a refund for your money.

Nope, they never ban my account, what happen was, I purchase 3 Bitcoins and the transaction goes through but I never receive my 3 Bitcoins, it shows an error message and I refresh my page and my Bitcoin balance was not updated, I waited for 2 hours thinking maybe they will update my Bitcoin balance later.

But the Bitcoins never show up in my account and my bank account balance was already deducted. So I sent them an email, twitter, post on their community and it has been 3 days now, I am really scared now, I feel my world collapse.

I feel the world ends.

You don't have to be. Just go to your email, take a picture of the email they sent to you. Don't cry and act immaturely, because thats what these companies feed on. Post it on twitter asking them for an update, or just offer you a refund. Post it on reddit , as thats where most of similar cases are resolved more seriously. https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/

Why you use all your money in your bank account to buy bitcoin? are all store in your city accepting bitcoin?

Maybe coinbase feel that transaction not from your bank account and still hold the fund and check the case

here's my question, how were you going to feed yourself with bitcoins?  you say that you made the purchase and now you cannot feed yourself, were you going to immediately switch them back?  why would you buy them in the first place to swap that quickly?  you think you are some kind of bitcoin day trader?

Coinbase hate gambling, they will not allow it through their wallets/site. They have been known to close users accounts in the past.

Email their support again, and if they didnt reply with good answers, you can post here the screen shot or links of your conversation with them, and the evidence that they really rip you 3 btc. You always need to back up your accusations with facts mate.

This is my story, I purchase 3 Bitcoins at Coinbase a few days ago.

Coinbase deducted the amount of money from my bank and never send me the bitcoins and now their support is not helping me by giving me a good solution. they never send me the refund back to my bank too and now I have no money for my rent and food. I am at terrible shape now

So for any user using coinbase, remember to stay away from them, their support was never helpful. Use at your own risk and don't become another victim like me

I think i should commit suicide soon.

In case i hear one was ever are having problems like you, as I know they give you 16 days to issue a refund if there is a problem.

What are you seeing in their response that says "scam"? Coinbase is a huge business and was not formed to get your 3 BTC. Give them a chance.

P.S. Never use rent and food money in a social experiment.
