This is my story, I purchase 3 Bitcoins at Coinbase a few days ago.
Coinbase deducted the amount of money from my bank and never send me the bitcoins and now their support is not helping me by giving me a good solution. they never send me the refund back to my bank too and now I have no money for my rent and food. I am at terrible shape now
Here is the email i get again and again, it is just an template that they use to cut and paste

So for any user using coinbase, remember to stay away from them, their support was never helpful. Use at your own risk and don't become another victim like me
I think i should commit suicide soon.
I am NOT sorry for your loss if you're a person who spends his entire cash on buying bitcoin and does not keep any money aside for buying food.
