if my mood is bad I usually go to shopping sometimes if my mood gets very very bad usually i sleep up to a day ..

When I'm in a bad mood at any point, I'm not talking to anyone. I may say something bad and I can not get it back. I go outside the house while smoking . how to get rid of my bad mood I just watched funny videos and animals to cool down my feelings and eat food.

I'm a big foody, eating every time and everywhere.. I think if I have a problem, I could solve it with a good burger and dessert! I defiantly can't live without good delicious food!

Take a bath, hit the bed. I usually avoid talking with most people when I'm in a bad mood before I fuck up something.

When I am in a bad mood, I simply eat what food I am craving. Then, I try to listen to good music to drive away the tension in my emotions. Luckily this method works for me as always.

usually i do some household chores when im in a bad mood,that way i forgot what's bothering me that puts me in a bad mood...or i baked pastries..after few minutes ,bad mood is gone..

I tried to calm myself and do other things that may change what I am thinking. And also, watching anime can change my bad mood.

I think I spend a lot of time on the internet. Social media is my biggest problem. I don't know what to do with it... If I have a minute, if I'm bored or depressed I open Instagram or Facebook... but actually I think already that all these social media could be the reason of my depression and bad mood, but can't avoid them...

Everytime I am in the bad mood I just get my phone then listen to the music, sometimes reading wattpad or sending message to my friends.

when i am in bad mood, i go out for a walk and exercise my body to release the inner tension and stress that may harm me. try to look at children playing and enjoy life!

I do meditaion and take a cold shower. Drink more water and if my wife is around I have sex with her and release the tension.

when i'm bad mood , i just relax my self (take some food or junk foods, sleep for the whole day, and get some beer )  Smiley Smiley Smiley

For me, i either watch movies or listen to musics. It actually help divert my attention from what put me in the bad mood.

What will you do when you are in a bad mood?

Well me, during in bad mood i watch anime, enjoy the atmosphere and people passing by, and i like to walk ti the mall, just walk it and that's my way to another world. Watching anime i fantasize about the anime and forget my problems in reality. I just go with the story and forget reality.

Being in a bad mood doesn't mean you should drop out of your working process. The only thing needed is cheering it up. I always make a plan considering what I will do to relax (e.g. watching a tv series like suits - the one that will give you motivation to do better) and then things I shall do. Please, don't take on too much or your motivation will vanish and you'll sit watching an opposite wall for the rest of the day.

When i am not in a happy mood, what i do is put in my earphones and listen to music with shuffle on my smartphone. Keeps me distracted and always works.
