Do you always missed the right time to sell/buy bitcoin?

I missed when bitcoin price drop to 200 USD couple years ago! That was when I still at school so had a very limited money to buy it. Sometimes I made mistakes aswell. I sold my bitcoin and a week after I sold it, the price move up significantly.

I hope we know the future, that's what I am telling that we cannot ascertain what will happen in the future and if the other way around happen maybe we will regret of not selling, I think as long as you profited from selling your bitcoins that time we should be thankful already.

Do you always missed the right time to sell or buy bitcoin?

I believe that most of us here hold the bitcoin for undefined time and we decide to sell when the price is the highest as possible but now always this happen because when the price reaches for example 600 we know that it is a high price but we still wait for another target like 620 or 650 because we believe that this is the potential for this time and we end up by not selling them but holding longer.

During my early days, I am just like that. I see a price going up and I would think it might still go up and wait. But then the price would reverse and I will miss the opportunity. But now, to avoid missing the opportunity, I set my goals. So if I bought at 500, I'll set it to sell at 550. If it reach that price, I will sell it automatically. Even if the price goes higher than that, I will not care, I already bagged my profit. I will just wait for another buy time.

How would you start selling automatically, are you using any trading bot or when you see it when the price is more than your sell target you will sell manually?

I did not missed the right time to buy my bitcoins but I already had it twice, I do not really care about it to be honest.
The fact is that there will come another nice price for buying so its not very bad...

yeah i also never missed the right time to buy bitcoin and we have more good opportunity to buy bitcoin with good price and the present price is very good to buy bitcoin and i am sure that bitcoin will going to more increase its price too much faster.

If a trader or buyer/seller of btc for business purpose think they are getting better amount then they thought. They should sell it or buy it accordingly irrespective of thinking later.

Maybe everytime he checks the bitcoin price, that is the right time to act like a bull or a bear in his own preference lol.

if we give maximum time to market or exchange and never waste our double time in toilet as you then i am sure no one never missed the right time to buy or sell bitcoin so lets focus on exchange nor a toilet then everyone get a good time to buy or sell bitcoin .

if you do that i am sure you will miss your eyes when they stop working after a week of staring at a monitor!

you have to start learning how to take up positions and leave some open orders instead and take the profit that satisfies you and be satisfied with it even if the price went up a lot more.

I heard my friend saying it. As said, time decides everything. My friend said, when the price was less, he waited for the price to go up to sell the exchange/sell the bitcoins he earned in this forum. Before he went to bed the price was around $550. The price went reasonably high at midnight to $600. When he was up in the morning he saw the price being around $540 again. He missed having a bit high profit for what he had. He came to know about the midnight price by his friend. I am new to it and waiting to experience the price go high as others do.

Its the same if the bitcoin getting higher i do jot have bitcoin because i cash it out already.
So everytime the bitcoin down and up i do not have funds.

Yeah. Even if you put an alarm to it there is this moment where you couldnt just open your eyes and want to rest more. Forcing to do trade at that moment of just waking up could make a wrong a choice and you will just regret it when you are fully recovered and at the good state of mind.

It also landed at $700 for just a while. I didnt got lucky to be awake at that time also and it slides way low after that. I think it was 680 when I woke up. I used my speedy fingers to trade it fast thinking it might slide down again and it did. Guess I am still lucky for that.

From your stated reason then I can say that you are not a trader, because you do not have any spendable money/btc for trading. Anytime you got it from some sources (signature,giveaway, etc) then you will sell it directly. A real trader will always have both btc/fiat on their wallet although only small amount. At least it can be used whenever there is a huge dump/pump of btc price.

LOL we are on the same boat, it happen to me most of the time. But now, I learn how to wait the exact timing. I let my bitcoin stay on my wallet if I am not on trading.  I always trade on altcoins, so I have some guide if the coins is high or not and when bitcoin rises and I know I have a profit, and  sell it and en cash.

Unless you're part of the "coin dev team" or very close to these people, you'll find yourself gambling in the altcoin markets.

it happens because almost all of the developers start an ICO and when they get their income in bitcoin and become rich then they do not care for the money of their investors and do not do any struggle for their coin and their coin start to run on the path of its death.
