Watch out people!! Dont buy bitcoins from coinmama.com!!

I sent them money 3days ago through western union, 200€, and i still did not receive my bitcoins!
They say you should get your bitcoins in just some minutes but i have been waiting for 3 days, i wrote them 4 emails allready but still no answer!!  Angry

I am so mad right now that i did not inform myself better to get bitcoins from more trustfull source...

Coinmama.com big scammers only buy there if you want to get ripped off!!

I dont even know about this coinmama.com but i'll advise you to not put a trust to some websites easily this should be lesson for you . It is sad to know that you have been scammed by this site . Next time before planning to buy bitcoin you should try to search for more trusted and legit seller , you can ask to some people here in the forum .

You have good reasons to be pissed off .... but you should have asked first, we are more than willing to help newbies to get Bitcoins in a safe way. The best option to use, if you not worried about AML/KYC

regulations, would be to go to one of the more reputable exchanges. Although no guarantee can be given that these exchanges will not turn scam like MtGox, it should be better than a virtually unknown site

like Coinmama. Sorry for your loss friend.  Sad

You should try LocalBitcoins.com and search for somebody in your area or at least in your country. It would be a lot easier and faster too.

Maybe this will be serve as a lesson to you mate, and for other members here that dont do some actions that is roo risky without asking others if that site is legit, I dont even know this site. I doubt that you've research first in google about the site's reviews before you send your money. Well sorry for your loss mate.

I think it is better to buy Bitcoins from trusted site more, do not send in too big amount of money to site that you are not familiar with.

Next time you should track the money order via western union to check of they did pickup the money or not, i never used them but they are online since long time so they will not scam you.

Glad you got your money and maybe change the topic to resolved Wink

i want more evidence, do you have more of them? Huh
such as if they are refusing to provide information of their company, otherwise please consider it as a reminder.

out of ability to use the signature, i want a new ban strike policy that will fade the strike after 90~120 days of the ban and not to be traced back, like google | email me for anything urgent, message will possibly not be instantly responded
i am not really active for some reason

cex.io is the best exchange. they protect all of your withdrawls;
for example you withdraw authy is auto or you cant use the site and after you withdraw you have
to confirm it from your email. the verification process is simple as long as its your credit/debit card. prepaid
works as long as your able to get the two test charges they will make and once a card is verified its
instant funding from there.

As you can read 1 post up the issue is sloved, coinmama was unable to pickup the money direclty due to some holiday hence western union was closed at this time.

@OP you should lock this topic and update the Subject to sloved or something since you not got scammed!
