It looks like there are multiple reports of you being a scammer, so he left you negative trust in order to warn others of your behavior.

Anyway, not only does he have scam accusations (see untrusted feedback) against him already, he's PMing other members asking them to send first or forget the offer. I'm also pretty sure he's pulling random TXs from the blockchain as proof he dealt with someone else.

Nothing more than that old "you send paypal first because you can chargeback when I don't send BTC" bullshit which is a complete waste of time. Now I'll waste their time by forcing them to create a new account

And you'd be wrong. Anyone can leave anything they like on someone's Trust as long as it isn't gross spamming. The catch is to be accurate or your Trust stock takes a hit and your ratings become useless and overlooked. If you are so concerned, take care of the accusations, clean up your feedback and move on.
