Do this:

run with sgminer.exe --algorithm=lbry -o stratum+tcp://url:port -u user.worker -p password -I 13

The .exe is in the github https://github.com/lbryio/lbrycrd-gpu

put lbry.cl file from source where is miner.exe, if needed download nice hash sgminer and put other dll files there too

There is no solo mining gpu out yet, you do have a local wallet when you setup.
