Hey Guys!!

Can somebody help me with start mining this?

I know how to mine ethereum, scrypt,x11 and all the coins. Only this coin dont want to work here.
I'm using the next settup for mining:
Intel i7 2600
3x R9 290 oc tri-x
16gb ddr3 ram

Latest SDK and Catalyst drivers

I got the mining package from the OP (AMD GPU)

I created a own test.bat file because the example.bat just totally sucks (why make it so hard to read if it can make much easier?)

Now just inside the test.bat i got the next command line:
sgminer.exe -k lbry.c -o stratum+tcp://lbry.suprnova.cc:6256 -u username.worker -p pass

Ofc i got the username/worker/pass filled in right.
I test with sgminer.exe and sgminer (without .exe)
i tried -k lbry.c also -k lbry.h also -k lbry

I also tried the example.bat and just changes the stratum and login info.

Edit also used this in the .bat:
sgminer.exe --kernel lbry -o stratum+tcp://lbry.suprnova.cc:6256 -u miner.worker -p 1 -I 18 -w 64
Edit2:
the cpu miner is working directly, but will turn off, waste of energy. I need the GPU miner worked.

What happen?
Miner start the CMD console and quit directly. SGMINER.exe is inside the same folder as usual. So i only got 1 flash from the CMD. i remember this problem when the sgminer.exe is missing (deleted by virusscan or something) but the sgminer is just inside and not deleted.

Bump, hope somebody can help me starting this miner..

i also paste the adl files at the folder. Dev say in a readme to put the 3 adl files from AMD there, i did but nothing changed.

The only thing i can think of is the sgminer.exe what is not good..

When running on admin it say:
'sgminer.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Also got that catalyst 15 installed now, no difference (multiple reboots)

Not sure why people are saying SIA/ETH are more profitable than mining this - at least they aren't on Pascal GPUs.  at 1200MHs, I get ~50 LBRY/day, which is $60 right now.  $60x30days = $1,800 ... how can I get that much with SIA or ETH?

I cant even get the miner start so every minute i lose money by just testing around.

What care are you using?  Linux or windows?  The AMD miner has to be on catalyst 15.12.  The lnux miner works well with amd-gpu pro driver. For nvidia, you have to wait unless you donated.

Did you Uninstall the driver completely?  I was able to get it to work.  Go for a quick Ubuntu install instead.

Yes i uninstall completely, after that i did a reboot, i installed cat 15.2, after that a new reboot and then i tested it again.

But like i told, the cmd got problems with starting sgminer.exe. That problem can not come because of the catalyst version.. If it open CMD and close directly got nothing to do with driver versions.

I wont install ubuntu for this coin so that's not a option.

I just want to get this work on Windows (10), all miners everything is working great, only not this miner for this coin. Like the cpu miner work in less then 30 sec it was running, now that AMD GPU miner...

Can u also show ur .bat and/or .conf file for this coin?

Till my miner dont even start i can do nothing for this coin

I got the miner from the OP, i got the .bat like everybody say it should be oke.

When start the .bat i get an error about the sgminer.exe inside the cmd and it close directly.
'sgminer.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Got java enviroment installed, got sdk from amd, got catalyst 15.x all other miners/coins work great, only this one dont start. CPU miner work in less then 30 secs, with the GPU i'm busy for hours now... If nobody got the solution or a fix i will leave this coin behind (and please, dont tell me to install ubuntu because i will stay on Windows 10).

Its your setup problem only, clean old drivers, remove integrated one, only clean 15.12 needed nothing more, for sure no need for java

I have 15.12drv and 290x working just fine

But why i get no errors about that? I mean, i like every help i can get on this coin.. But i already did that, i deleted everything from amd/ati/catalyst and install the 15.12 drivers. I already did that

In my case the miner dont talk about drivers (most people here show errors that is clearly an SDK or driver issue, or below the missing .cl file thats all easy to fix)  it talk about a not working sgminer.exe

i just checked if the ethereum and x11 miners are still working, and its click and start and fly..

I mean how can it be the driver if he dont even start, he open CMD and close directly, normally that has nothing to do with drivers.

Ps. about java yeah i know because its not coded in java... anyway i ready somebody said to install java, so i also did that to be 100% sure i did everything people say.

put the whole path to the sgminer, or run it from command line with the parameters.  

here is my sample:

(those settings may not work for you, so try decreasing X value to something lower, maybe 1000.

Can u zip ur folder (how u got it work now) and upload it so i can download it?

i know what settings to use (username / pass / intensivity / everything) so u can just put an X on personal info ( i dont need ur personal info ).

i just need a folder what is ready to use and i only change the .bat (normally i never ask for this, i'm here for years now and this is realy the first time i need help, ethereum was silly to start, but in 1 hour i got it running... This keeps me busy the whole saturday now, my wife is shooting me )

i dont even care if i need to run the miner for 1 hour on ur worker name so i give u 1 hour mining time away for that folder... (will test and mine for u with 1x R9 290 4GB oc edition, and also manually overclocked)

you are in the system32 folder, you to navigate to the folder where you have sgminer.  the other option is just to put the whole path like i did in my previous post.  find the sgminer.exe and hold crtl/shift and right click - you should see "copy as path".  put that in the beginning part of the bat file. 


my lbry.cl is in the kernel folder...try that too.

That is because your antivirus program deleted the file - add the whole folder in exceprions in your antivirus
