I have send an inquiry to dnsbl.info, asking them to permanently blacklist the IP u posted. I know ur post was not intended to spread malicious links, so I dont blame u. That IP belongs to bitfinex pump cartel, and is meant to mask a real IP of the guy who is connected with well-known chinese entrepreneur from Fenbushi Capital.
