Some thought about your post:

1. As you can see we are plenty of not officially licensed bitcoin gambling sites and not one is prosecuting their owners. It sudden won't change.
2. How exactly you will caught players who are gambling on these sites? There is no real way I can think of, you have VPN after all.
3. AFAIK Bitcoin is not legal tender on Philippines so bitcoin powered casinos are not really casinos according to law.

At least you people get some license sites to play. In future, the rest of all sites may be added. So till that day you guys play in these places and enjoy your gambling. They will censor our ID, and they will not serve PH guys, so it is banned already. It was ok 1 month ago.
