But one little downside is that everyone can just make an endless amount of anonymous accounts, so you might lose your referred user pretty fast if he just makes another instant account.

about roll speed i have to say they usually are depending on a lot of criteria. for example your internet speed, the site's server power, and the current traffic. but also i know for a fact that primedice slows down your rolls if you are making small bets like 1000 satoshis but you are super fast if you are betting big like 1BTC
